Initial Comments:
This report is the result of a Medicare follow up survey completed on October 8, 2020, at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia, as the result of a previous Medicare Validation and Recertification Survey conducted on December 3-6, 2019. It was determined that the facility was in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Title 42, Part 482-Conditions of Participation for Hospitals.
